Self-Expression & Voice Liberation Guide | Artist & Creative Director

YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY

You've had it for a while now, but you keep finding reasons not to say it.

Maybe you've rewritten it fourteen times.

Maybe you've rehearsed the conversation so many times it's exhausting.

Maybe you've just gotten really good at making yourself smaller so things stay comfortable.

Most people will tell you that you're "just not confident."

When really, staying quiet became a form of self-protection.

I help people feel safer being fully honest, visible, and expressed.

Not to become louder for performance.
But to stop abandoning themselves.

A lot of adults are still communicating like they’re trying not to get in trouble.

Most self-expression advice focuses on confidence.

But confidence can be faked. You can confidently be playing a part that isn't really YOU.

A lot of people learned early that honesty, visibility, emotion, creativity, disagreement, or taking up space came with consequences.

So your body adapted.

You became hyperaware.
Easy to understand.
Careful with your words.
Good at reading the room.
Good at shrinking yourself before anyone else could reject you first.

And eventually, self-silencing starts feeling normal.

That’s the pattern I help people interrupt.

This work is not about forcing yourself to “just speak up.”

You can’t think your way into expression if part of you still feels safer staying quiet.

MY WORK HELPS YOU:

  • get out of your head and back into your actual voice

  • stop overthinking every little thing you want to say

  • understand why expression feels so hard sometimes

  • feel safer being honest, visible, and fully yourself

  • reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve been filtering or holding back

So instead of trying to become a more polished version of yourself, you start becoming more honest.

More connected.
More expressed.
More willing to trust what’s actually true for you.

BORN LOUD Membership Dark Logo.png

The Born Loud Membership is a practice space for people done performing a version of themselves that's easier for everyone else.

Every month, you get one theme, one live workshop, a body-based practice, an Expression Prompt, and a live Q&A to work it all the way through... not another thing to consume, but a place to keep practicing, month after month.

Because liberated expression isn't a singular breakthrough.

It's a repeated choice.
